This position is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who excel in communication and enjoy helping customers resolve technical issues. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Dutch-speaking clients receive outstanding support for our innovative products. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with products and software efficiently. Explain solutions clearly to customers, walking them through the necessary steps. Log and track customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. Work alongside product teams to report and escalate more complex technical problems. Continuously update your knowledge on product features and technical updates to enhance customer support. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is highly valued. Prior experience in technical support or a similar role is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
