Key Responsibilities Provide first-class technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently. Guide customers through problem-solving steps in a clear and understandable manner. Document technical issues and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with product development and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, software updates, and industry trends to enhance support quality. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a technical mindset. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals. Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is an advantage. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new culture.
