This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and customer service. You will assist Dutch-speaking clients by addressing their technical concerns and providing effective solutions. Become a part of our dynamic team and help us enhance customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to products and services. Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to guide them through technical processes. Accurately log and document customer interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and industry developments to enhance support effectiveness. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; English proficiency is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills and a technical aptitude. Excellent communication abilities, particularly in simplifying technical jargon for customers. Experience with customer support software is beneficial. A team player with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, to embrace a new professional journey.
