Accurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the company's CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring thorough and consistent documentation. Escalate complex or unresolved technical cases to second-level support or specialist engineering teams, following established protocols to ensure timely resolution. Stay continuously informed about new product launches, software releases, and emerging technical trends within the consumer electronics sector in order to deliver accurate and up-to-date support. Identify recurring technical issues and provide structured feedback to internal teams to support ongoing product and service improvement initiatives. Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, reflecting the premium quality associated with the consumer electronics brand you represent. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Dutch. A valid EU passport or the right to work within the European Union is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in technical support, customer service, or a helpdesk environment, ideally within the consumer electronics or technology industry. Solid understanding of consumer electronic products, operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows), network connectivity, and general troubleshooting methodologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to non-technical end users. Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and training purposes.
