Role Summary In this role, you will engage with Dutch-speaking customers who need assistance with travel-related matters. Key Duties Handle incoming customer contacts through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and friendly responses. Support customers with accommodation bookings, reservation updates, cancellations, special requests, and payment clarifications. Identify customer needs and provide clear, thoughtful solutions while maintaining an empathetic and professional tone. Follow established procedures and utilize internal tools to deliver accurate and efficient assistance. Document interactions and case details thoroughly in the system. Coordinate with specialized internal teams when escalations or additional steps are required. Meet service quality standards, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction goals. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about updates to processes, products, and policies. Offer constructive feedback or suggestions that could enhance the customer experience or operational efficiency.
