Join the team at Mercier Consultancy MD as a Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant in the tourism industry! This remote position offers you the chance to work from the picturesque landscapes of Greece while assisting Dutch-speaking clients in planning their dream travels. Your expertise will help create memorable experiences for clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing travel inquiries and facilitating bookings. Advise clients on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations that best suit their preferences. Develop customized travel itineraries tailored to the unique needs and desires of clients. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and an emphasis on client satisfaction. Document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless service and follow-up. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination highlights, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a valuable addition. Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. A genuine passion for travel and a strong knowledge of popular destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Ability to effectively address client issues with timely and practical solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software applications.
