This remarkable opportunity includes fully paid relocation to Greece, allowing you to create lasting memories while helping others enjoy theirs. In this role, you will support Dutch-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and provide outstanding service to ensure their experiences are seamless. Key Responsibilities Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Assist with booking requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and prompt service. Provide tailored travel recommendations based on individual client preferences and needs. Handle customer complaints professionally, focusing on solutions and maintaining client satisfaction. Document client interactions and support requests accurately within our CRM system. Stay informed on industry trends and travel-related information to offer valuable insights. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a significant advantage. Previous experience in customer service, travel support, or a similar role preferred. Strong communication skills with a dedicated focus on excellent customer service. Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and booking systems is considered a plus. Must be willing to relocate to Athens, with all relocation costs covered by the company. A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to enriching travelers' experiences.
