Stay up to date with platform updates, new streaming content launches, and service changes in order to provide accurate and current information to customers. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a non-negotiable requirement for all applicants. A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory to be considered for this position.
