Mercier Consultancy MD is on the lookout for a passionate Dutch Support Agent to join our dynamic team, dedicated to our online travel platform. This remote position allows you to work from Greece, offering a fantastic opportunity for those enthusiastic about travel and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be at the forefront of assisting our Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience with our services. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels. Help customers with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and our platform's services. Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction. Record customer interactions and any issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and resolution. Collaborate with other teams to address and escalate complex issues when necessary. Keep abreast of travel regulations, promotions, and platform updates to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an asset. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or online services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is a plus. A positive mindset and an eager approach to problem resolution. A desire to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
