Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Dutch Support Agent to join our team for Booking.com, one of the world's leading online travel platforms. This role allows you to live and work in beautiful Greece, with paid relocation support included. As a Dutch Support Agent, you will be essential in providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring they have a positive experience while using the platform. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to their bookings, travel information, and account issues. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high standards of satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system for effective tracking. Collaborate with various teams to find solutions for complex inquiries and improve service delivery. Keep updated on promotional offers, travel regulations, and platform enhancements to provide accurate information. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is beneficial. A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture, with paid relocation support provided.
