Responsibilities Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's range of products and services efficiently. Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and solve complex technical concerns. Carefully document customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system. Participate in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and improve support skills. Provide valuable feedback and suggestions to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes. A team-oriented approach with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adjust to a new cultural environment.
