In this important role, you will ensure the safety and security of our online platforms, helping to create a positive and trustworthy environment for all users. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review user-generated content to identify and address violations of community guidelines and safety protocols. Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, applying analytical skills to evaluate evidence and determine appropriate responses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures. Prepare and share detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to inform decision-making and enhance user safety. Stay updated on the latest developments in digital safety, employing best practices to proactively mitigate risks. Engage with users to educate them on safety measures and promote a culture of responsibility and respect online. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills for effectively addressing user inquiries and safety concerns. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is an advantage. A willingness to relocate to Greece for this opportunity. A collaborative spirit and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
