Duty Advocates are often the first point of contact for individuals and professionals wishing to refer people into our advocacy services. The purpose of the advocacy role is to make sure that the wishes views and rights of an individual are taken into account by professionals. N-compass is looking for a Duty Advocate to be the first point of contact for our Advocacy Services offering timely, person-centred support to individuals navigating complex health and social care systems.
Our Duty Advocate team have a vacancy for a Duty Advocate who will benefit from joining a busy and dynamic team in a truly hybrid working environment.
As a key member of our Single Point of Contact team, you’ll triage incoming referrals and enquiries, provide one-off advocacy sessions, signpost to appropriate services, and ensure people get the support they need quickly and compassionately.
