Duty Catering Manager
Duties:
- Plan, execute all aspects of catering in a school setting
- Coordinate with staff to understand their specific duties , requirements and preferences
- Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events and food service
- Train and supervise catering staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
Skills:
