Job Description Operate and maintain power generators, water plants and water pumps in a shift duty basis Maintain and updates the generator logs and gauge readings. Cleaning, in and outside the power house and keeps the tools, equipment orderly. Maintain the maintenance records and other necessary engineering logs. Simple painting, cleaning, repair and maintenance. Assists engineers, mechanics, and technicians to perform installation, repair and maintenance work. Notice and report trouble for generator, water pumping system and fire pump, immediately to the power house supervisor or responsible person Responds to electrical service or trouble calls Responds to any fire alarm or call related to hazards. Responds to emergency situations. Provide assistance to other installation, repair and maintenance programs. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications Education Minimum: GCE O’ Level Skills Good English communication skills / writing & speaking Excellent problem solving & time management skills Work under pressure and meet deadlines Additional Information Location: Royal Island, Horubadhoo, Baa Atoll Department: Engineering
