Minor Hotels employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: To implement the daily work schedule, to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations. To work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties. To check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards. Close coordinate with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation. Work with external contractors on behalf of the hotel and support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections. Qualifications Certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Two years’ operating experience in a hotel engineering department. Good communication and administrative skills Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
