Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this integral role will support management in executing strategies that maintain the building, contents, and grounds with particular attention towards fire life safety, security, and asset protection. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Effectively deals with urgent and non-urgent maintenance requests; Supports the Engineering team in day-to-day operations; Carry out all reasonable repairs as required; Performs daily building rounds and effectively logs all follow up points; Supports and drives improved guest experiences; Supports external contractors and outsourced preventative maintenance programs; Support budget control and expenses; Effective communication of spare parts supplies and equipment control; Drive synergies with key departments and stakeholders; Available to support flexible rotating roster as business requires; Supports and innovates energy, water, and waste conservation programs; Assists in establishing and implementing energy, waste, and water conservation programs.
