Our dynamic team of 1,500+ professionals work across 40 unique retail concepts – and now, we want YOU to join our team! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE ROLE: Reporting to the Retail Performance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the WSI DF store to deliver profitable sales growth, exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and a highly engaged team. You will be accountable for achieving commercial and operational targets while creating a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement and compliance with company standards. What You’ll Do: ✅ Deliver sales, profit, and customer experience targets by leading exceptional service, coaching high-performing teams, analysing retail KPIs, and driving promotional, upselling, and commercial growth initiatives. ✅ Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous learning. ✅ Ensure operational excellence through strong store standards, visual merchandising, inventory availability, daily operations management, process improvements, reporting accuracy, and cost control. ✅ Deliver budget and profitability targets through financial analysis, labour and wage management, productivity optimisation, accurate cash handling, and effective cost controls. ✅ Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity through effective replenishment, stock take compliance, shrinkage reduction, pricing accuracy, and merchandising execution. ✅ Ensure full compliance with company policies, airport and aviation regulations, WHS requirements, security standards, training obligations, and risk management processes. ✅ Protect company assets by leading loss prevention initiatives, reducing shrinkage, safeguarding cash and stock, conducting audits, and managing security and compliance risks.
