  We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Duty Manager to join a friendly team at a much-loved country inn surrounded by beautiful woodland and open fields. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
  You’ll be supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the business, including a mix of opening and closing shifts. The role is floor-led and people-focused, with dedicated admin time built in – giving you a balance of responsibility and time to plan. You’ll also occasionally support a nearby sister site, so access to your own transport is essential.
  Previous experience in a supervisor or management role within hospitality is required. Training and support will be provided on the financial and budgeting side, but any experience in this area is welcomed.
