We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our Front Office team. This is a pivotal leadership role suited for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career. You will be the face of the hotel during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the Front Office team to maintain high service standards and a welcoming guest experience.
  • Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to ensure team members thrive in their roles.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a focus on timely, effective resolution.
  • Encourage clear communication and teamwork across all departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and alignment with Accor’s values.
  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and continued development of Front Office staff.
