As Duty Manager, you’ll be a key leader in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the resort, training and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities: Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and manage guest check-in/check-out process. Support recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll and continuous team development.
