We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and fostering a collaborative work environment. Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently. Lead and mentor the front office team, providing guidance and support to deliver outstanding customer service. Collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless communication and coordination. Manage guest feedback, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. Implement and uphold safety protocols and company policies. Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Represent the hotel professionally during management duties and when interacting with guests. Qualifications Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Proven leadership experience in a hotel. Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building genuine connections. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. In-depth understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential. Additional Information Service oriented with an eye for details. Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team. Self-motivated and energetic. Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
