Reporting into the Guest Services Manager, the Duty Manager ensures the effective oversight of hotel operations during their shift, supporting all departments to deliver an exceptional guest journey while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace for team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth handovers, effective communication between teams, and real-time resolution of guest and operational issues.
