Job Description A career that lets your passion shine: Our Duty Managers provide operational leadership across the hotel. Reporting into the Guest Services Manager, Duty Managers ensures the effective oversight of hotel operations during their shift, supporting all departments to deliver an exceptional guest journey while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace for team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth handovers, effective communication between teams, and real-time resolution of guest and operational issues.
