Job Description
Take on an exciting leadership role at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, where each day presents new opportunities and challenges. In this role, you’ll be a key leader in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the resort, training and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and manage guest check-in/check-out process.
  • Develop team members to reach their full potential and maintain service excellence.
  • Manage guest feedback with confidence, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Foster clear communication and strong collaboration across departments.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll and continuous team development.
