As Duty Manager, you’ll be a key leader in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the resort, training and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities: Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and manage guest check-in/check-out process. Develop team members to reach their full potential and maintain service excellence. Manage guest feedback with confidence, turning challenges into positive outcomes. Foster clear communication and strong collaboration across departments. Promote a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture. Support recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll and continuous team development.
