In this role you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance, support, and motivation Supervise and support the Front Office team, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery Perform daily hotel rounds and inspections to monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations Respond to and resolve emergency situations as they arise Support training, coaching, and mentoring of junior staff members Prepare and submit reports on daily operations, incidents, and staff performance Qualifications Proven previous experience as a Duty Manager, preferably within a hospitality or hotel environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues at all levels Confident and proactive problem-solver with demonstrated strong conflict resolution abilities Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities with the ability to motivate and support staff Solid knowledge of operational procedures, safety protocols, and incident documentation Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call availability as required by operational needs Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
