Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with human resources duties, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
