About the role: Job Title: Duty Manager Location: Auckland Food Show, Auckland Showgrounds Dates: 23–26 July As Duty Manager, you'll be Orbit's person on the ground across the four days of the Auckland Food Show — leading our Brand Ambassador team, keeping activations running smoothly, and being the first point of contact when things need solving on the floor. You'll make sure every shift is well-staffed, every brand is represented to a high standard, and the whole operation delivers the results our clients expect. Key responsibilities: Lead, brief and support the Brand Ambassador team across each show day Be the on-site point of contact for clients, venue staff and the Orbit office Manage daily setup, pack-down, stock and presentation standards Problem-solve on the spot and keep activations running to plan Capture and report on each day's activity and results back to the Orbit team Duty Manager requirements: Previous experience leading or managing a team, ideally in events, retail, hospitality or experiential marketing Calm, organised and confident making decisions under pressure Excellent communication and people skills Must be well presented Available to work all four days (23–26 July) Access to a vehicle and current New Zealand Driver's licence Must be eligible to work in New Zealand Duty Manager's Certificate Interested?
