Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback,requests,and complaints during your shift.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between front of house,housekeeping,F&B,and other departments.
  • Supervise and support teams to maintain high service standards and a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and uphold operational procedures,checklists,and health & safety protocols.
  • Make timely decisions in emergencies or unexpected challenges.
  • Conduct shift handovers to ensure smooth continuity between teams.
  • Maintain accurate records,incident logs,and GDPR compliance.
