Duty Manager – Brand New Opening at Clip ‘n Climb Gloucester! Location: Gloucester Quays Salary: £24,000–£26,000 + Pension Full Time Role Clip ‘n Climb — the global leader in fun climbing — is launching its most exciting venue yet right in the heart of Gloucester Quays! This flagship site will showcase not only our signature climbing experience, but also our very first destination soft play concept, “Play Den”. It’s bold, it’s innovative, and we need incredible people to help bring it to life. We’re recruiting three Duty Managers who will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences from day one. For the right person, there’s also a fast-track progression opportunity to Assistant General Manager, which we aim to promote internally. What You’ll Be Doing As a Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — leading the team, elevating service standards, and ensuring safety and fun go hand-in-hand.
