Duty Manager

Permanent Full Time | 38 hours per week

Sydney Domestic Airport – Mad Mex

We’re looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our Mad Mex team at Sydney Domestic Airport. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality, retail or kitchen experience who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Description:

What You’ll Do

Lead and support the team throughout each shift

Help coordinate smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations

Deliver consistently high standards of customer service

Support food preparation, kitchen operations and bulk cooking

Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation

Support team training and development

Manage competing priorities across customer service, kitchen and retail operations

Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment

Skills and Experiences:

What You’ll Bring

A hands-on approach and positive attitude

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in retail, hospitality and/or kitchen operations and key-holder duties

The ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently

RSA and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications

A genuine interest in developing your leadership skills and progressing your career

Availability from 5.00am starts
