OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, acting as the point of contact for all departments.
  • Ensure smooth running of Food & Beverage service across restaurant, bar, and banqueting.
  • Maintain high standards of customer care and respond quickly to guest feedback or complaints.
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Liaise closely with Reception, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest service.

EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

  • Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory role with a strong Food & Beverage background.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
  • Good understanding of financial controls, stock management, and cost control.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
