As Duty Manager, you will have hospitality in your DNA and be looking for a venue where you can grow and provide an exceptional service to its patrons.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be hands on in overseeing the daily operation of Riverbar and Kitchen. Hospo is your passion, from slinging trendy cocktails at the bar and coordinating a busy bistro to providing a high level of service and building relationships with regulars. You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing patrons experience the best, every time.
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration, banking, training and more.
Experience working as an Duty Manager in some of Brisbane’s best restaurants or high volume venues will set you up for success!
