OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong F&B background, leadership skills, a background in hospitality, and the ability to manage staff effectively. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service while fostering a positive environment for both guests and employees. We share Gratuities equally amongst the whole team. The owner does Not share in any gratuities. 5 days from 7 including weekends.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management and development.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk management and housekeeping procedures.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
