YOUR TASKS Work Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok Reporting to Vice President, Hub Operations, you will manage the 7 x 24 operations in our Hub warehouse to ensure smooth shipment transactions and fulfillment of quality and service standards under the fast-paced work environment. YOUR TASKS · Lead a large team of warehouse staff on a shift roster basis to ensure proper shipment handling in accordance with DHL network processes and procedures · Plan, organize and manage both warehouse and ramp operations and ensure high productivity · Oversee operational processes and ensure accurate and efficient performance and achievement of company objectives and targets · Work closely with government authorities, airport personnel and overseas stations in DHL network to ensure reliable hub connections · Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure optimal service quality and customer satisfaction · Lead and execute contingency plans under emergency cases · Perform data analysis and prepare KPI reports · Implement corporate and regional initiatives and lead projects for continuous improvement · Participate in company audits · Manage manpower allocation and drive high-performance culture · Cultivate good team spirit and drive employee engagement · Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance of policies and standards · Ensure safe work environment and practices for all staff YOUR PROFILE Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Process Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain or related disciplines At least 8 years' experience in logistics operations, experience in aviation or express industry is a definite advantage, with at least 3 years in people manager role Experience in process engineering is highly preferred Knowledge of air transport practices and Hong Kong Customs regulations is an advantage Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills Excellent planning and project management skills Strong leadership competency in driving team performance and engagement Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications Shift duty is required OUR OFFER Strong career support in an international environment Great culture and colleagues Multifarious benefit program Do you see a personal challenge in these versatile and responsible tasks?
