We currently have an opportunity for a Duty Manager. Join our Health & Education team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. Reporting to Executive Manager, Operations and Performance, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Please note this is a 6 months max term contract.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Act as the escalation and resolution point for service delivery matters across Soft Services and Hard FM.
• Maintain effective operations and ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with internal service lines and external stakeholders.

• Lead Zero Harm initiatives and ensure compliance with WHS and emergency management processes.Support quality improvement through inspections, audits, and SOP updates.
