We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Duty Manager to join our team in St James Hospital.
This is a full-time role, rostered 5 days over 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-4 years’ management experience in hospitality or catering.
  • Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in bar operations, stock control, and event management.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage stock control, deliveries, and financial reports to meet sales and labour targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, driving business growth and promotions.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Train and support staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and senior management to enhance operations.
