Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure seamless service delivery across all departments Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain service standards and operational efficiency Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction Monitor and maintain security protocols, guest safety, and property protection throughout the shift Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and compliance with hotel policies Manage emergency situations and coordinate appropriate responses in accordance with hotel procedures Prepare and submit detailed shift reports documenting incidents, guest feedback, and operational issues Liaise between departments to ensure effective communication and collaborative problem-solving Support revenue management initiatives and assist with occupancy optimisation strategies Conduct staff briefings and provide guidance on service excellence and operational procedures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas of the hotel Manage key control systems and maintain security of restricted areas and valuables Assist with staff training, induction, and performance management as required Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolution Qualifications Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a hotel operations or duty management role within a luxury hospitality environment Proven track record of managing multi-departmental teams and coordinating staff across front-of-house and back-of-house operations Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and property management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of staff Demonstrated ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts with professionalism and discretion Sound understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to hospitality establishments Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel property First Aid and CPR certification Knowledge of emergency management and crisis response procedures Experience with revenue management and occupancy optimisation strategies Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Hindi or other regional Indian languages Previous experience in staff training, induction, and performance management Familiarity with security systems and access control protocols Additional Information WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: Come As You Are Work With Purpose Grow, Learn and Enjoy Explore Limitless Possibilities Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
