JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations across our venue and ensure our buildings are set for their daily functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional services. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and operational efficiency.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours over 7 days on a shift basis.

SKILLS

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience/interest in supervising teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to do minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Previous experience in a creative venue is an advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Heavy lifting and hauling is part of this role - Manual Handling training will be provided.
