In the role of Duty Manager, you will be key to supporting all of our objectives and in many ways. This will start with ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean and safe by managing and supporting the team to undertake their roles. A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis) RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification - willingness to gain qualification considered First Aid at Work Certificate – desirable - willingness to gain qualification considered Enhanced DBS check to be carried out The ability to develop and motivate a team of staff Experience of day to day management and being responsible for an area of income Knowledge and understanding of business and budgetary performance Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role To be able to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision making confidence We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
