Experience:
· Ensuring all day-to-day reception operations run smoothly and efficiently and the reception is tidy, clean and organised at all times
· Being hands on with the team when needed and using this as an opportunity to set the standard of excellence.
· Inducting and training new employees
· Helping to organise staff rotas, shifts and holiday allowances
· Keeping up to date on all social media platforms and assisting in the formulations of social media plans.
· Troubleshooting and making decisions on an ad-hoc basis.
· Holding keys to the business and carrying out any opening and closing procedures, following all cashing up procedures and investigating discrepancies.
· Replying to emails and resolving customer queries
Understanding Stock control, overhead control, yield targets and wage targets, together with a working knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance matters. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes is essential; Photoshop and graphic design skills are a bonus.
You will be responsible for training and supporting our growing team of staff. Motivational skills and excellent customer service to lead by example are a must, ensuring everyone gives their best performance.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Weekends and evenings will be required as part of a normal working week.
