Job Overview: As a UV Crazy Golf Fun Ambassador, you’ll be a multitasking dynamo! Your mission? To ensure every guest enjoys the “GLOBALLS” experience packed with fun, laughter, and glowing memories. Whether you’re welcoming guests at reception, or keeping the venue sparkling, you’ll infuse energy, creativity, and exceptional service into every aspect of our glowing venue. Often, you’ll be the most senior staff member on-site.

Responsibilities

Role Model to Customer Hosts and Shift Leader Colleagues: Having mastered all aspects of being the perfect GLOBALLS ambassador, you will be proficient to mentor in all aspects of being the Ultimate Host, Fast Bar Drink Master, Upselling Extraordinaire, Proactive Problem Solver, Guide, Safety & Cleanliness Guru, Social media star, Team Player to your colleagues to enable them to be as great as you as you lead by example.
Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and ensure consistency in actions and decisions.
Booking and Administration: Handle bookings, respond to guest enquiries, and manage a smooth flow of operations at reception.
Follow Instructions: Complete tasks assigned by senior management to keep operations running efficiently.
Stock and Purchase Control: Manage inventory, ensure the site is well-stocked, and handle purchase orders effectively.
Security: Safeguard the building and company property at all times.
Leadership and Vision: Inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fun, engaging atmosphere.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring the venue is clean and ready for each shift.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the venue is fully stocked and prepared for the next shift.
