Best Western the Hatfield Hotel is currently recruiting for a Hands On Duty Manager to join our lovely team at Lowestoft.
We are looking for someone who has a real passion for delivering excellent customer service & who can drive, motivate & lead a team. The ideal candidate will support the Senior Management team whilst managing the day to day running and operations of the hotel. We are a fast paced & busy environment so being able to work fast & efficiently whilst maintaining high standards is crucial. You will deliver excellent customer service to our guests, adopt a ‘can do’ attitude, with an excellent eye for detail.
You will be required to liaise closely with the Kitchen and Front of House teams whilst ensuring the Public Areas, Restaurant and Terrace are always well presented, tidy & organised. Previous customer service & food & drinks service to a high standard would be preferred but on site training can be provided.
We are open 7 days a week, so would require flexibility with shift patterns although we always try to honour 2 consecutive days off each week. You will also be responsible for the opening and close downs of the site, day to day cashing up and maintaining food safety documentation and our current company COVID19 procedures.
