As our journey begins, we're looking for a Hotel, Specialty Coffee & Natural Wine Duty Manager to start on 18th August- someone who loves leading a shift, setting the pace and making sure every guest feels the Kabannas energy. Your Part in the Kabannas Story As our Hotel, Specialty Coffee & Natural Wine Duty Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - leading your team on shift, setting the tone and making sure every guest feels that Kabannas energy from the moment they walk in. You’ll keep the day-to-day running smoothly, balancing great service with strong organisation behind the scenes. Key responsibilities: · Lead Front of House operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and consistent service · Be the go-to for guest feedback, resolving issues with warmth and professionalism · Champion brand standards, health & safety and ways of working · Manage bar stock, ordering and organisation · Work closely with other departments for a seamless guest experience Who You Are You’re all about people - creating great moments, bringing energy to the room and making everyone feel at home.
