We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Position Overview: The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery. This hands-on role requires a highly visible presence and direct engagement with Management, drivers, staff, and customers. The ideal candidate will be an organized and energetic leader who excels in problem-solving and communication.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the transport or logistics industry.

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Valid category ‘D’ license, CPC, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From €46,000.00 per year
