SUMMARY

As a Duty Manager at Inflata Nation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inflatable park. Located in a fun-filled environment, you will lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining safety and operational standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience (leisure, hospitality, or retail preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of health & safety procedures (training will be provided).
  • Basic IT and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead staff during shifts, ensuring roles and duties are carried out effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations of the arena, café, and reception areas.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure health & safety policies and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Support staff training, development, and motivation to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue.
  • Manage bookings, events, and party operations.
  • Report maintenance or operational issues to management promptly.
