Do you want a job where no two days are the same? About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for a Casual Duty Manager at the Century Theatre in Coalville. This role will run for approximately six months and will involve responsibilities such as: Box Office operations Stock control Creating and managing rotas Bar duties About You To apply for this post, you must: Have excellent communication skills and able to manage and work as a team. Have the ability to account for transactions. Experience of working in a theatre, including Front of House and Duty Management. Have knowledge of customer service. Knowledge of health and safety, which includes safe working practices to ensure the safety of staff, volunteers and all visitors/customers to the theatre. As well as knowledge of evacuation procedures. Must be able to deal with a variety of situations e.g. customer complaints, equipment/technical issues and how to manage these accordingly A calm, polite and customer focussed manner. You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion. In addition, we also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.
