Duty Manager – Leisure Facility Bexleyheath - London - £30,782.85 Full-time, shift-based (including evenings and weekends) We are seeking a motivated and proactive Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in Bexleyheath. This is a key operational role, ideal for someone looking to progress their career in leisure management while delivering high standards of customer service, safety, and facility performance. About the Role As Duty Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the centre during your shift. You will lead staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all users. This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, with scope to contribute to programming, staff development, and operational improvements.
