Description

DUTY MANAGER - SHEFFIELD

We are Leisure United: a charitable trust operating football and fitness hubs across the UK, bringing communities together to become fitter, healthier, and happier. As the preferred operating partner of the National Football Trust, we’re proud to lead this mission—and we’re expanding fast!
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally in a sports or leisure environment would be advantageous.
What are we looking for? We are seeking a proactive, friendly, and dedicated Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Football Hub. You will ensure smooth operations, drive revenue, and maintain high standards of safety and service while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment. With experience in leisure or facility management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting financial targets, you will inspire a high-performing team and build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders. A passion for football and sports is essential to the success of the hub and its role in the community. If you’re customer-focused, enjoy managing dynamic teams, and are passionate about sports, we’d love to hear from you!
At Leisure United, our vision starts with U—team spirit, achievement, and celebrating success together. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary, a performance-related pay scheme and other fantastic benefits including 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays. We also provide progressive career development opportunities for the right team players ready to grow with us. If you’re ready to bring your energy, skills, love for football and fitness to our team, apply today and be part of something special at Leisure United.
